Get ready to sweat! Korsi Sequence is rooted in the Bikram/Bishnu Ghosh Yoga Tradition from India. The class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to engage your whole body, build strength and flexibility, and challenge your mind. You will leave feeling detoxified and refreshed from the inside out. Suitable for everyone – beginners and experienced students alike.

Korsi Power is an energetic class, which builds strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. This class does not follow a set sequence of postures. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

Korsi Flow is a moderately paced alignment-based yoga flow class to help you foster the connection between movement and breath, while refining your focus on correct positioning in each pose or asana. You’ll build strength and stamina and deepen your awareness of your body’s energy flow.

Korsi All Flow is a practice to create balance on all the layers of self (physical, energetic, emotional and mental) using the three main threads of yoga practice: body, breath, and mind. The asanas, vinyasas, breathing techniques and turns on the mat, are creatively integrated using all major ranges of motion for arms, legs and spine. The primary goal of the practice is not to work only the physical body, but to target one’s concentration, balance energy and the nervous system, develop focus and attention, to turn awareness inward, creating a serenely stable inner-atmosphere conducive for personal development. You will leave feeling peaceful and balanced.
slow - ALL LEVELS
Korsi Slow is practicing moving with ease and total presence, while using breath and mindfulness to flow in a sequence. A vinyasa class with elements of Yin and Meditation added in. Postures are held for longer periods of time. Connect to your body, feel calm and clear.

New to the practice of yoga, and feel lost or intimidated in a faster paced class? Join our Korsi Basics class to learn about the most basic and fundamental yoga postures, different styles, terminology, philosophy, history, and much more.
We will start with the basics in postures, meditation and breath work, building each week on what we learned the week before. You will feel more confident as we move through our classes, and feel able to join other classes in studio in no time!

Korsi All Flow is a gentle but deep Vinyasa practice, with movement synchronized to the breath. Because of the smooth way the poses run together, this class closely resembles a dance.
STRETCH/YIN - BEGINNERS AND ALL LEVELS
Life requires balance – yoga requires balance. If you find yourself completely immersed in the ‘yang’ style of yoga, the active muscular form, it may be time to discover the missing half, the ‘yin’ style that works the deep tissues, energy body, and mind/body. Korsi Stretch, through gentle, long holds, allows you to access and open the yin tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) of the body, relying on gravity and props to passively work into the body’s physical, emotional, and subtle energetic layers. Dress warm, the room is not heated to allow deeper work into the yin tissues.
PRENATAL YOGA - BEGINNERS AND ALL LEVELS
Partnered with OhBaby Fitness, Prenatal yoga at our studio works in poses and sequences that are modified to accommodate a growing belly, ease discomforts of pregnancy and help prepare for labor by strengthening your body.

y12sr - BEGINNERS AND ALL LEVELS
Yoga of 12 Step Recovery is for anyone who is currently in an A's program (AA, NA, CA, etc.) This course combines the wisdom of yoga with the practical tools of 12 step programs. Donation based class. Suggested donation of $10.
