Janelle

Janelle has been practicing yoga over the last 10 years. She was first introduced to yoga with the goal to help improve her flexibility and strength for running. Being an avid runner her whole life she began to notice the benefits of yoga immediately. After having her second child in 2011, Janelle deepened her practice and view of yoga as a more of a lifestyle than just exercise. She noticed the tremendous improvement to her overall health in not just her body but also her mind and spirit. For Janelle, yoga is about the practice not perfection. It gives her a moment to stop and breathe and in each of our busy lives she wants to share this ability with everyone to find some calmness or whatever it is each person is seeking that shows up to their mat.

Janelle just recently completed her RYT 200 yoga teaching training right here at Korsi Yoga! She has a very enthusiastic, light-hearted approach to her teaching and reminds her students to have fun and try not to take anything too seriously. She tries to inspire and empower all students to help them grow in their personal practice while  also listening to great music.
