We are now accepting applications for our fall 2024 yoga teacher training.
The training is designed for students interested in becoming teachers; current teachers wishing to refine their craft; or students wanting to expand their practice and understanding of all aspects of the practice of yoga. This training is Yoga Alliance registered and will immensely deepen your understanding and practice of yoga, empower you to live to your highest potential and lead you to share this profound practice with others.

There are 8 total weekends, over a 4 month period. We will meet every two weeks in person, and every Wednesday via Zoom.

Korsi Yoga Tools and Techniques
In your training you’ll start by being introduced to some of the hallmarks of yoga teacher training, including:
Stages of yoga: posture focus (asana), breath focus (pranayama), and meditation
Detailed study and application of anatomy
Teaching Methodology and Language Skills
Creative sequencing
Verbal and Hands-On Adjustment
Chakras and study of
Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
The ethics of yoga
The business of yoga
Different lineages and condensed history of yoga

Content Hours
Minimum content hours (as determined by Yoga Alliance) include:
Techniques: Instruction in Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation: 75 hours
Teaching Methodology: 50 hours
Anatomy and Physiology: 30 hours
Philosophy/Ethics/Lifestyle: 30 hours
Elective: 15 hours
Total: 200 hours
